Somewhere to just ramble on, about Stuff. So here we go.

So here's a bit about myself....................my name is Yvette and I'm a very stressed out SAHM in Morwell Victoria. I am mother to 3 beautiful boys, William (5 1/2), Michael and Eamon(3 1/2), and wife to a sometime darling husband David whose a Truck Driver. I really enjoy reading, music, scrapbooking, card-making and cross-stitch. However, I don't get to do the last 3 all that often and when I do have time I am doing something Housewifey - cleaning, tidying, folding, cooking, grocery shopping or I am just way to tired to even think let alone create. I am sure though that in the next year I will start getting more time to myself as Wilz will be in school next year and I am considering putting the twins into 3's Kinder.

I've only been Scrapbooking for 2 and bit years but I enjoy it immensely. If it wasn't for Shirley Fyfe I would never have started doing it let alone be doing it for this long. I love doing 'OTP' creations, for some reason I find them easier to do then a page or a card. I don't know why, when it comes to creating a page I fuss and fuss and even then I still can't really decide. I discovered sketches about a year ago and they definately help the creative process flow alot easier, for me anyway. Sites like, Pagemaps, Little Book of Sketches, Sketches-R-Us and Sketch Lover are just terrific, I've only used a Pagemap sketch so far but I found it heaps easier.

My mother and I went to this Scrapbook Workshop on Sunday to create an album out of cereal boxes, it was quite interesting and the album really is something special. Once I've finished I'll put up a pic.

It's time to go now. This has taken me a bit over 3 hours to write. But drop a line or 2 and let me know your thoughts too.

Yvette

PS. I forgot the most favourite thing of all is the colour PURPLE!!!!!!!!
